Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 2059 platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without warning. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 2059 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and regulatory compliance purposes.
You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account password and login details. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 2059 support immediately. The platform will not be liable for any loss resulting from user negligence in protecting their login information.
2059 may request identity verification documents such as your ID card or passport at any time, especially before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
2059 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts of users who breach any terms in this document, engage in fraud, use unauthorized automation software, or perform actions that compromise platform integrity. Valid account balances of closed accounts due to compliance issues may be held during investigation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 2059 platform, users agree to engage only in lawful and responsible entertainment. Any use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or activities violating Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from using any automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users. The use of VPNs or other methods to mask actual location in order to bypass geographic restrictions is subject to platform discretion.
Users are fully responsible for all betting decisions they make. 2059 does not provide financial advice or guarantee any winnings. We recommend setting personal limits and gambling within your financial means.

- Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 2059 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from lawful means. The platform supports various payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including e-wallets and online banking from major local banks.
Deposits are credited within minutes after successful payment verification.
Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after account verification is completed.
Any attempts of payment fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All transaction records are saved and can be reviewed by users in their account history.
2059 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments requiring additional verification or linked to suspicious activities. Intellectual Property
All content on the 2059 platform, including logos, UI design, text, graphics, software, and source code, is intellectual property owned by 2059 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content without prior written permission from 2059. Intellectual property violations may result in legal action.
Terms Amendments & Governing Law
2059 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Any changes take immediate effect once posted on this page.
